- Confirmation and Admission
- Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of an official confirmation email.
- Attendees must present valid identification and/or confirmation credentials for entry.
- Attendees must observe all applicable security, health, safety, environmental, and security protocols required by owners of the venue.
- Admission may be subject to venue capacity, security requirements, and accreditation status.
- Fees and Payments
- Where applicable, all registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
- Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by the organisers.
- Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly stated during registration.
- Cancellations and Substitutions

- NCIS organisers may use such media for promotional, reporting, or publication purposes without compensation.
- If you do not wish to be recorded, you must inform organisers in writing prior to the event.
- Data Protection and Privacy

- All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
- Programme Changes
